SOP: Onboard a new client
Open the client folder in the CRM
Navigate to Clients → search by company name → open the matching record. AutoSOP recognized this as the starting point because every recorded session began here.

Start a new engagement from the onboarding template
Click "New engagement", then select "Onboarding — standard" from the template list. This pre-fills the checklist your assistant will follow for every future client.
Send the welcome email and confirm the kickoff call
The template's default welcome email is pre-addressed — review it, attach the intake form, and send. Confirm the kickoff time back to the client in the same thread.
